- Technical information automatically logged when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and timestamps. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregated analytics.
- Cookies required for basic site function. We do not currently set third-party advertising cookies.

Personal information collected through this website is stored in Australia, primarily within the AWS Sydney region (ap-southeast-2). We retain personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or as required by law. Demo-request information is retained for up to 24 months from last interaction.

If you believe we have breached the APPs in our handling of your personal information, please contact us at info@gyrfalcon.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the policy reflects the current version. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
